The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Excellent service from Jeff, the door attendant, and the housekeeper. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Great value for money.

The hotel is nice and i had an amazing time there... the only the hotel don't have is the stairsto get to the first floor. The hotel have and perfect location and the art deco is so cute and unique.

The room was very comfortable and silent. The bed and the sheets were excellent, the shower was great an and the TV had several options of channels to watch different types of shows. The staff was really kind and helpful and the facilities of the hotel were great. The hotel offered coffee and tea in the morning and fresh filtered water throughout the day and night for free, as well as apples in the afternoon and one complimentary glass of wine per guest everyday from 5 pm to 6 pm. The location is absolutely fantastic, halfway from Central Park to Times Square and there are several subway stations really near the hotel. The hotel allowed us to checkin early and offered to store our luggage for free in the day of our checkout. Our experience was perfect!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and always present. We had a room looking towards the inside and it was very quiet - except for when we ran the air conditioning. So we couldn't hear any street noise or honking or anything at all, not once, ever... but we did have the run the fan and the AC most of the time which offset this. The location is fantastic - we felt like we were in the middle of everything and everything was very walkable.

The Ameritania at Times Square was an incredible experience in New York City! The location of the hotel is amazing, amazing, amazing – right in the heart of Manhattan, with easy access to the subway, restaurants, and all major attractions. Despite its central position, the neighborhood is quiet, clean, with no homeless people, and feels exceptionally safe, even if you’re on your own. The hotel staff is fantastic! From the reception to the entrance, everyone was always friendly and eager to help. Special shoutout to Mohamed and Khalid, with whom we had many pleasant conversations – they were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist. Jeff at the entrance was also wonderful, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable and renovated bathroom, and the bed was simply fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. Anything we requested was brought to us immediately, which truly showcased the excellent service. The rooms could perhaps use better windows to reduce the city noise, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. The fact that a key card was needed to access the floor is a big plus for security, and the WiFi was quite good to meet our needs. The Ameritania at Times Square is ideal for those looking to combine luxury, comfort, and safety in the heart of New York City – highly recommended!
